Steph Bell is a Paediatric Product Trainer based in Sydney, Australia. She began her career in New Zealand, working for a direct-to-market company for over three years. In this role, she worked with a wide range of clients, therapists, and families across the North Island, creating innovative solutions using assistive technology. After her move to Australia, Steph worked for over two years as a Paediatric Specialist for an assistive technology provider, before joining Medifab.

Steph’s interest in the medical field began at a young age through surf lifesaving and early exposure to healthcare, which sparked her desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. She is passionate about the impact assistive technology can have, not just on clients, but on their families and communities. From enabling a child’s first steps with a walking frame to optimising seating solutions, Steph is inspired by the transformative moments these tools create.

In her role at Medifab, Steph focuses on empowering therapists and dealers to make confident, informed decisions with assistive technology. She tailors training to individual and group needs, combining practical, hands-on learning with theory to ensure people feel capable in choosing, adjusting, and using products to their full potential. Steph is a collaborative resource, sharing her expertise and experiences while working closely with others to achieve the best outcomes for clients.

Outside of work, Steph enjoys camping trips with friends and spending time with her three dogs.
