Dale has been a qualified Physiotherapist since 2013 and brings a broad clinical background across musculoskeletal physiotherapy, acute neurology, neuro-rehabilitation, and paediatrics. After training and working in the UK, he moved to New Zealand in 2017, where he found his niche in wheelchair and seating through the Hutt Valley Child Development Service, completing his level 2 accreditation. Dale has worked as a wheelchair and seating assessor with complex adult and paediatric clients through both Health NZ and ACC.
Alongside his clinical work, Dale has developed strong expertise in digital health, completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Health and working in clinical informatics and system improvement roles. At Medifab, he combines hands-on clinical support with project and education work, supporting clinicians with complex assessments, equipment trials, and clinical reasoning, while helping develop digital tools that improve workflow and reduce administrative burden.
Dale is passionate about problem-solving and achieving the best possible outcomes for clients, and he takes pride in supporting clinicians to work more efficiently and effectively. Outside of work, he’s a keen triathlete and a proud dad, bringing the same commitment and consistency from training into everything he does.
