Safety Features:

- Special door locking system prevents the doors being opened from the inside.

- Power cut-off plug. When the hand switch is not activated (power disconnected state) all electrical components of the bed are disconnected from the mains and therefore no electricity is used. Electric and magnetic fields in the bed are prevented.

An assistive technology application must be lodged, and if approved, the NDIS will provide funding. For more information visit the NDIS website. We also suggest you speak with your allied health professional to aid in this process.
How can I trial the bed?
Virtual trials are available upon request via Zoom/Teams. We suggest calling our customer support team to discuss a suitable time to arrange this. We suggest that all parties involved such as family members, carers, and the occupational therapist should be present during this trial, making sure everyone is on the same page as to what is required for the user and to discuss the best way to have funding justified.

Do these beds come with a warranty?
The manufacturer guarantees that the product is free of manufacturing and material defects. The guarantee amounts to 24 months and starts with the delivery/install date. As our beds are crafted from natural beechwood, a type of timber that can be sensitive to humid conditions, in some cases exposure to moisture may cause the wood to swell, potentially leading to functional issues. Issues resulting from this are also covered by the standard warranty.
How can I maintain my bed in good working order?

If the bed is being used in a humid climate, we recommend taking steps to reduce humidity through the use of air conditioning or a dehumidifier if available.
Additionally, it’s important to install the beds on a level surface to prevent any twisting that could affect their performance, such as doors becoming difficult to open. Floor levelling or the use of packers can help resolve this issue and is recommended where the floor is not level.
