Q

What is my Trial/Reference number and where do I find it?

A

Your Trial/Reference number is a 5-digit number that we use to track our orders. Sometimes we will produce an additional quote under the original quote, this will have an additional number placed on the end of the trial/reference number separated by a hyphen. Your Trial/Reference number is located in a number of places:

1. Delivery Doc

2. An Email sent through our ERP system

3. Our Trial Return Paperwork

How do I package my items?

A

We use Post Haste to collect your unsuccessful trial return products please refer to their packaging details here: https://www.posthaste.co.nz/packaging_guidelines.html

What if I have returned my items and I am still receiving follow up?

A

If we haven’t received your unsuccessful trialled products within 10 days of you deeming them unsuccessful your customer service representative will be in contact with you to enquire as to where this is. If you have already returned this but still receiving follow up please provide the courier tracking details then we can follow this up with the courier company.

What if I want to arrange my own return?

A

If you have your own returns system, please ensure that the trial return paperwork is included in the package. (The trial return paperwork is emailed to you upon you deeming the trial is unsuccessful.) It would be helpful if you could provide tracking details when sending this back to save any unnecessary follow-up. Tracking details can be emailed to [email protected].

What if I can’t print the post haste ticket?

A

If a printer is not available for printing off the Post Haste Ticket, we can post one out to stick onto the box then arrange post-haste to collect. Please mention this in the form above.

What if I have a rural address?

A

We may not be able to collect from a rural address and we will have to review this on a case by case basis and determine the best way to return the products back to Medifab. Please mention this in the comments field when filling in the form.
