Accessable Website Accessable works hard to support solutions for people with disabilities and injuries by providing quality equipment and modifications to help them lead better lives. For Ministry of Health applications, Accessable works with people from Meremere North. For ACC applications, Access­able covers all of NZ.

Variety Website Variety is there for children in all sorts of challenging circumstances. They fund a broad range of requirements, from much-needed medical equipment to life-changing mobility needs, to innovative educational initiatives.
Lion Foundation Website Every year the Lion Foundation helps thousands of good causes all around New Zealand. Strollers can be funded under the Lion Foundation’s Child Mobility Fund.
The Wilson Home Trust Website The Wilson Home Trust provides discretionary grants. The following criteria must be met:

  • Children up to and including 21 years
  • Residents in the top half of the North Island
  • Have NZ Citizenship or permanent residency and residing in NZ
  • Discretionary grants to assist with mobility and/or well-being for children who have a primary physical disability.
Lottery Grants Website Lottery Individuals with Disabilities makes grants to people with mobility and communication-related disabilities. Lottery Individuals with Disabilities will fund the purchase of mobility equipment that provides outdoor mobility.
Rotary Clubs Website Rotary International offers grants that fund local needs. To apply for specific funding, contact your local club.
