It has been a big week for Spex in Canada!

This week Business Development Manager, Bruce Mascull, and Clinical Educator, Joana Santiago attended the Canadian Seating and Mobility Conference (CSMC) in Toronto with the Sunrise Medical team.

Once again Spex innovation wowed the crowds earning the CSMC 2018 Harding Award for Product Innovation. The word spread quickly through the conference, and attendees began to gather at the Sunrise stand to see our amazing innovation for themselves!

CSMC is Canada’s foremost annual event dedicated to providing excellence in education in this specialised field. It also provides a forum for therapists, equipment suppliers, rehab technicians and manufacturers passionate about seating and mobility. Conference attendees cast their vote for the award nominees; and the presentation of the award to Spex recognised the innovative nature of this New-Zealand made wheelchair seating.

Bruce and Joana enjoyed their time spent with the energetic team at Sunrise Medical Canada and thank them for their passion and enthusiasm towards Spex innovation.
