Phil is a Product Trainer at Medifab with a career spanning over four decades across engineering and the disability sector. After beginning his career in engineering in 1984, Phil moved into assistive technology in 1994 and has since spent more than 20 years running his own business specialising in custom seating and mobility solutions for adults and children.

Phil brings extensive hands-on experience across power and manual wheelchairs, seating systems and shower commodes, with a strong focus on solving complex postural challenges. In his role at Medifab, Phil works closely with distributors, prescribers and caregivers, providing education and support across the Spex Seating range, user-matched solutions and Artisan by Medifab, to help achieve the best possible outcomes for people with complex needs.

Known for his passionate, practical and engaging training style, Phil combines technical expertise with a relaxed, hands-on approach, helping people understand not just how products work, but why they make a real difference.
